Nigel Sharplin

Managing Director (BE Hons, DipBA)

Nigel is the founder of InFact Limited and currently oversees large product and system development initiatives. He holds an honours degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Canterbury and has completed an Auckland University Diploma in Business Administration.

During his career he ran the mechanical design team for Fisher & Paykel’s hugely successful Smart Drive washing machine, has developed one of the worlds first laptop magnesium enclosure working as a Design Director for London based Satherley Design and has delivered InFact designs worth over NZ$150m in export product.

Nigel sits on the school board of trustees and is one of the relocation management team building a new school in the new Pegasus town.

His interests include hanging out with his two beautiful boys, philosophy, running, mountain biking and boating.
